Everybody is different as is every site therefore we believe every house should be a bespoke design. The budget is important as the choice of materials for construction. The orientation in relation to sun and views, openness or privacy is critical.

We aim to establish a dialogue with our clients to take on board pre-conceptions and requirements, and through discussion explore the brief and develop the design.

We will simply produce the design, or take it to local authority approval, or take it through to completion and final inspection and contract administration with the chosen contractor.
